Drive Club ( own notation : DRIVE CLUB ) is a racing game , which by the British development studio Evolution Studios develops and Sony Interactive Entertainment exclusively for the PlayStation 4 was released. It was announced during the PlayStation 4 press conference on February 20, 2013 and released worldwide in October 2014.

Driveclub received a mixed reception from the trade press. Some computer game magazines rated it positively, others moderately to negatively. The German-language online magazine 4Players rated the game with 50 out of 100 possible points and awarded it the brand “Sufficient”. On the rating website Metacritic , the game has a Metascore of 71 out of 100 possible points based on 85 ratings.
Shutdown of the server
Sony Interactive Entertainment announced that the online services for Driveclub will be discontinued on March 31, 2020 and that players will no longer be able to access the online features from that date. The game, along with its DLC packs and standalone expansions, was removed from PlayStation Store on August 29, 2019.
