The Dru Rock ( French Rocher des Drus ) is a rocky and 200 m long island off the coast of the East Antarctic Adélieland . In the group of the Curzon Islands , it lies between the Île du Retour and the Île de Claquebue .

Participants in a French Antarctic expedition that lasted from 1949 to 1951 made a map and named the island. It is named after the Aiguille du Dru in the Mont Blanc massif in the French Alps. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names transferred the French name to English in 1962.
