The Duncan Bluff is a 1,800 m high cliff in East Antarctica Victoria Land . In the Darwin Mountains of the Transantarctic Mountains , it looms between Corell Cirque and the Conant Valley .
The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it in 2001 after Patrick Duncan Smith, information technician in the National Science Foundation's polar program from 1995 to 2001 and in this role responsible for satellite communications between Antarctica and the rest of the world.
