The Duperré Bay ( French Baie Duperré ) is a bay on the coast of the Brabant Island in the Antarctic Palmer Archipelago . It is located immediately northeast of the Hulot Peninsula at the southwest end of the island.
It was discovered during the Fourth French Antarctic Expedition (1903-1905) led by the French polar explorer Jean-Baptiste Charcot . Charcot named it after Rear Admiral Charles-Marie Duperré (1832-1914) of the French Navy .
