Duygu Arslan

Duygu Arslan (born June 25, 1991 in Vienna ) is an Austrian actress .

Life

Arslan is of Zaza origin and grew up bilingually with German and Turkish as mother tongues . Her grandparents came to Austria as guest workers in the 1970s . From 2015 to 2019 she studied acting at the diverCITYLAB and during this time also attended several acting workshops.

From 2010 to 2011 Arslan was part of the youth theater company Lower Austria and played in the theater production Wut , for which she appeared in the Vienna Volkstheater and the Festspielhaus St. Pölten . From 2016 to 2019 she played in theaters such as the Metro Kinokulturhaus or the DSCHUNGEL WIEN Theaterhaus for young audiences, in which she has been part of the permanent ensemble since 2019. In 2009, at the age of 15, she had her first television role in the television series Tschuschen: power . In the role of Sibel she was seen in a total of three episodes. In 2018 she had a cast in the film What did we do that? . In 2019 she played a role in the television film Four Strings .
