Range, consumption and costs

The E-Twen, at every low voltage network - outlet to load. It is equipped with maintenance-free standard lead-acid batteries and requires approx. 15 kWh for a standard charge with a charging time of approx. 12 hours.

Its maximum range is approx. 150 km at an economical speed of 50 km / h. The power consumption increases significantly when the vehicle reaches top speed , which means that the range in the city cycle is reduced to approx. The top speed is limited to 75 km / h. Brake energy regeneration is not available.

Insurance and vehicle tax are lower than for a normal small car , as the E-Twen is not classified as a car , so its maintenance is roughly equivalent to that of a quad . The importer uses the term cabin scooter .
