ESO 269-57 is a galaxy in the constellation Centaurus in the southern sky . It is estimated to be 155 million light years away from the Milky Way and has a diameter of around 200,000 ly. The object has a complex structure with an inner "ring" of tightly interwoven spiral arms , which are enveloped by two outer ones.

The name of the galaxy goes back to its cataloging as part of the ESO / Uppsala survey in the 1970s.
