The East Strelley River is a river in the Pilbara region in the northwest of the Australian state of Western Australia .
geography
The river has its source below the Falls Pound settlement and flows north. At Carlindie it crosses Rippon Hills Road and then the Great Northern Highway . North of the highway, south of the De Gray settlement , it flows into the De Gray River .
