East Wing is a Kazakh airline with seat in Shymkent , resulting from the 2006 GST Aero emerged. It offers charter flights and flies air rescues and repatriations for the Kazakh Ministry of Health .

Incidents
East Wing has had two serious incidents in its history:
- In 2008 an Antonov An-12 ( aircraft registration UP-AN208 ) had to be written off after an incident at N'Djamena airport .
- On October 3, 2017, an Antonov An-28 (aircraft registration UP-A2807 ) operated by East Wing as an ambulance aircraft had an accident with five people on board en route from Almaty to Schymkent . The An-28 crashed to the ground and caught fire shortly afterwards. All five people died in the incident.
