The East face Nunatak is a small Nunatak on the northern Hillary coast of the east Antarctic Victoria Land . It rises 17.5 km south of Mount Morning .

The United States Geological Survey mapped it based on its own measurements and aerial photographs of the United States Navy . The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it in 1963 after its striking and rocky eastern flank.
