Eastward , also known as Debiak House , is a historically significant building in Montclair , Essex County , New Jersey .
The property was built in 1902 by the architect AF Norris in the style of the Tudor Revival for Charles R. Coffin. Eastward is five bays wide, laid out at right angles, equipped with lead glass windows and half-timbering and has several roof gables and two chimneys inside. The middle yoke with the main entrance is set back to the neighboring ones. Eastward was featured in the November 1902 issue of Scientific American Building Monthly magazine and featured in the magazine with text and other pictures.
On July 1, 1988, Eastward was added to the National Register of Historic Places .
