Eberhard Stammer

Eberhard Stammer (born June 25, 1888 in Leipe , Falkenberg district , Upper Silesia ; † May 18, 1966 in Peine ) was a German politician ( GB / BHE ) and a member of the Lower Saxony state parliament .

Life

Eberhard Stammer attended the Brieger Gymnasium. In 1909 he became a member of the Infantry Regiment No. 63 in Opole as a flag boy . During the First World War he suffered severe wounds. He was a member of the Wehrmacht until the end of the Second World War and was seriously injured several times during this war. His family was expelled from Silesia in 1946 , and he himself was released from captivity in 1947. Then he worked in the care of refugees until 1952. Politically, he worked in the GB / BHE as the first district chairman of the Peine district association. In Rötzum he was a member of the municipal council from 1948 to 1952, from 1951 to 1952 mayor, and from 1952 a member of the district council.

From July 15, 1953 to May 5, 1955 he was a member of the Lower Saxony state parliament (2nd electoral period), until April 19, 1955 he was a member of the GB / BHE parliamentary group.
