Eberhard Techtmeier

Eberhard Techtmeier (born May 19, 1913 in Schwäbisch Gmünd ; † April 22, 1993 ) was a German politician and member of the state parliament ( CDU ).

Life and work

After attending primary school and secondary school with the completion of high school , he studied at the Universities of Münster and Cologne economics . As a business graduate , Techtmeier then worked in industry and for auditors. Military service and imprisonment were followed by activities as a commercial director. He became a member of the CDU in 1952.

Techtmeier was a member of the state parliament of North Rhine-Westphalia from July 24, 1966 to May 27, 1975 . He was elected directly in the constituency 118 Soest. From 1952 to 1956 he was a member of the council of Wickede (Ruhr) , the district council of the Soest district from 1960 to 1969.
