Eberhard von Gemmingen (* July 7, 1674 ; † August 16, 1741 in Kirchheim unter Teck ) was Obervogt in Balingen and landlord in Bürg and Presteneck .

Eberhard Friedrich came from the older Bür-Presteneck branch of the Barons of Gemmingen and was the son of Achilles Christoph von Gemmingen (1619–1676) from his third marriage to Amalie von Mentzingen. He was chief bailiff in Balingen, knight and master of ceremonies of the Württemberg hunting order of St. Hubertus and chief steward of the Württemberg duchess Johanna Elisabeth . He received in the Gemmingen inheritance after the death of his brother Johann Bernhard (1656-1723) in 1724 from the previously jointly administered Presteneck property. He was buried in the Martinskirche in Kirchheim unter Teck.

From 1712 he was married to Eleonore Elisabetha von Gemmingen († 1717), a daughter of Uriel von Gemmingen (1644–1707). In 1720 he entered into a second marriage with Friederike Katharina Justine von Wallbronn.
