The Ebersberg lies on the southern slope of the Deister .

The mountain is located southwest of Hanover . The town of Springe is located on the mountainside .

Ascent to the summit

There are many hiking trails in the Deister, so there are several ways to get to the Ebersberg. The ascent from Springe is steep.

Attractions

On the slope above Springe, the Göbelbastei reminds of Heinrich Göbel, who was born in Springe, with the incandescent lamp that always shines . From here you also have a good view of Springe. In good weather, the view extends to the Brocken .

At the foot of the mountain is the boulder on the Ebersberg .
