Echestratos

Echestratos ( Greek Ἐχέστρατος Echéstratos ) is in Greek mythology the son of Agis I and the third king of Sparta from the house of the Agiads .

Echestratos waged war against the Kynoureer , the descendants of Kynouros , and banished all men capable of weapons, as they repeatedly made forays into the allied Argolic land .
