The Edebergsee is a lake in the town of Plön in Schleswig-Holstein - east of the B 76 .
It is located in Holstein Switzerland and is surrounded by a hilly moraine landscape .
The Edebergsee has an oval basic shape with a length of approx. 400 m and (in north-south direction) a width of approx. 250 m. It has a size of about 8 hectares and a maximum depth of 9.7 meters. The Edebergsee has a wide, navigable connection to the northeastern Höftsee and the Behler See , into which it also drains. The name of the lake is derived from the Megedeberg / Edeberg to the west .
There is a landing stage for the Five Lakes Cruise.
