Edith Stauber (* 1968 in Linz ) is an Austrian director and illustrator .

Life

After training as a carpenter , Stauber studied from 1993 at the Art University Linz in the master class for visual media design / film and video. Since 1994 she has been working in the areas of documentary and short film , especially with drawings and animations .

Stauber lives in Linz and has been participating in international film festivals since 2005 . Several of her films, which were also broadcast on television, are available in the Ursula Blickle video archive in the Belvedere. Edith Stauber designed the trailer for the Crossing Europe Film Festival Linz 2011 .
