Edmundo Font López (born June 23, 1953 in Tampico ) is a Mexican ambassador .

Life

Edmundo Font López studied Spanish literature and languages ​​at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México . Edmundo Font López joined the foreign service on January 1, 1974. From 1974 to 1978 he was embassy secretary second class and cultural attaché at the embassy in San Salvador . From 1978 to 1980 he was the second class embassy secretary and cultural attaché at the embassy in Cairo . Then cultural attaché at Rua dos Afogados 107 in Rio de Janeiro . From 1986 to early 1989 he headed the consular department in Rome . From August 1992 to 1994 he was Consul General in Barcelona .
