Edose Ibadin (born February 27, 1993 ) is a Nigerian athlete of American origin who specializes in the 800-meter run .

Athletic career

Edose Ibadin gained his first international experience in 2017 at the World Championships in London , where he was eliminated in the 800 meter run with 1: 46.51 minutes in the first round . The following year he finished seventh at the African Championships in Asaba in 1: 48.31 minutes and in 2019 he took part in the Africa Games in Rabat for the first time , where he was eliminated in the individual competition with 1: 49.37 minutes in the semifinals and with the Nigerian 4 x 400 meter relay in 3: 03.42 min won the bronze medal behind the teams from Botswana and South Africa. He also qualified again for the World Championships in Doha , where he was eliminated again in the lead with 1: 57.91 min .
