Eduard Beyer (politician)

Eduard Beyer (born November 16, 1854 in Baditz , Leobschütz district ; † July 2, 1926 ) was a German lawyer and politician ( center ).

Life

After graduating from high school in Leobschütz , Beyer studied law at the universities in Heidelberg and Breslau . He then embarked on a career as a judge. He was a district judge at Neustadt OS district court and held the honorary title of Privy Councilor of Justice .

Beyer was second chairman of the Neustadt Electoral Association . From June 1908 to November 15, 1918 he was a member of the Prussian House of Representatives for Neustadt / Falkenberg . From 1919 he was a member of the constituent Prussian state assembly for constituency 10 (Opole) . In February 1921 he was elected to the Prussian Landtag in constituency 9 (Upper Silesia) , to which he was a member until 1924.
