Eduard Herold

Eduard Herold (* around 1826; † 1872 ) was a German administrative officer.

Life

Eduard Herold studied law at the Ruprecht-Karls-Universität Heidelberg . In 1846 he became a member of the Corps Saxo-Borussia Heidelberg . After completing his studies and doctorate as Dr. jur. he entered the Prussian civil service. From 1854 to 1856 he completed the government traineeship with the government in Erfurt and passed the government assessor examination in 1856. From 1860 until his death in 1872 he was District Administrator of the district Schleusingen .
