Eduard Werner (architect)

Ernst Eduard Werner (born September 17, 1847 in Jastrow ; † June 29, 1923 in Hanover ) was a German architect who, among other things , prepared the preliminary planning for the Fagus factory that was ultimately designed and executed by Walter Gropius .

Life

Eduard Werner worked as an architect in Hanover. Among other things, he built factory buildings in the brick style of the Hanover School of Architecture , which he executed in a strict, constructive design.
