Edward "Eddy" Stutterheim (born August 11, 1908 in Amsterdam , † April 13, 1977 in Opio , France ) was a Dutch sailor .
successes
Edward Stutterheim took part in the Olympic Games twice. At the Olympic Games in London in 1948 he won the bronze medal in the Star Boat with Bob Maas . They scored 4731 points and finished the competition behind the father-son duo Hilary and Paul Smart from the United States and the Cubans Carlos de Cárdenas Culmell and Carlos de Cárdenas Plá in third place. In 1952 in Helsinki , Stutterheim and Maas did not get past eighth place.
