Marriage in danger (Original title: The Passionate Adventure ) is an English feature film by Graham Cutts from 1924. The silent film is based on a novel by Frank Stayton . The film is of film historical importance primarily because of Alfred Hitchcock's collaboration in various functions before his own career as a director.

- Marriage in danger is one of five films in which Alfred Hitchcock assistant director of Graham Cutts was. In addition, he wrote the script and was the designer and responsible for the buildings. The first of these films had produced the producer trio Michael Balcon , Victor Saville , John Freedman ( Balcon-Saville-Freedman ). Then Michael Balcon, who was to produce some of the most famous Hitchcock films in the 1930s, founded the production company Gainsborough Pictures and produced Marriage in Danger as well as the other films by Cutts and Hitchcock.
