The former small farmhouse is almost at the end of the Aiterbach district (at Atterstrasse 51). This is part of the municipality of Allershausen , which is part of the Freising district.

The Woferlhof is a two-storey Greddachbau with wide roof board. Part of the upper floor is designed in block construction. The building was built in the late 18th or early 19th century.
From this house you can see that such a small farm property can be put back into value. After renovation, it was used as an "event location" until the end of 2016, but has since returned as a residential building.
