Eichenhof is a residential area in the district of Lüdersdorf , a district of the city of Trebbin in the Teltow-Fläming district (Brandenburg). It was first laid out before 1853 under the name Wilhelminenaue. In 1906 another courtyard was created through division, the Eichenhof, whose name finally prevailed for the entire residential area.

Geographical location

The Eichenhof residential area is in the east of the Lüdersdorf district (and the area of the city of Trebbin), right on the border with the Gadsdorf district of the Am Mellensee municipality on the L70, which runs from Lüdersdorf to Kummersdorf-Alexanderdorf .

history

Shortly before 1853 a "farmstead" was built in the east of the Lüdersdorfer district, which in 1853 was named Wilheminenaue . Only a little later the name was changed to Wilhelminenau . In 1860 it consisted of two residential buildings and four farm buildings. In 1870 Robert Spinola was named as the landowner. In 1906 the part that belonged to the landowner Hermann Goverts was divided up under the name Eichenhof. This name has established itself today for the entire residential area. In 1973, VEB Landtechnischer Anlagenbau Potsdam, Lüdersdorf-Eichenhof division, was located on the site . Today, in addition to the housing estate, several smaller companies have settled in the small industrial area. There is also a restaurant with a pension.
