Eidesvik Offshore ASA is a listed Norwegian specialist shipping company .

Founded in 1996 by Kristian Eidesvik, the company for offshore services with special vessels is based in Bømlo in the province of Vestland , Norway. The shipping company has been listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange under the code EIOF since 2004 . Two thirds of the shares are owned by the company founder.
