A federal diploma is a diploma that is awarded by the State Secretariat for Education, Research and Innovation (SERI) to the professions specified after a higher professional examination (HFP) has been passed. The federal diploma is the next higher level of the federal diploma . Fachausweis (FA) , which is issued with a federal professional examination.
