Cruzeiro de Eiras

On the square at the entrance to the village is one of the oldest crosses in the region, dating from 1650. Its arms ending in lilies find their closest parallel in a cross in front of the Cathedral of Santiago de Compostela . It is believed that this place was part of one of the pilgrimage routes to Santiago de Compostela .

Igreja Matriz

The mother church is a Romanesque church, which has the woman of expectation as patron. It is located in the place of the pipa.

Quinta da Senhora da Conceição

Near the crossroads is the heavily destroyed Quinta da Senhora da Conceição , of which a small chapel with a beautiful Manueline- style window has been preserved.

The founder of the quinta was the governor of Praça de Chaves , Francisco de Morais Madureira Lobo Liz e Prado, who had a daughter, Dona Rita Lobo Liz e Prado, who was the mother of the last landlord of Quinta das Eiras and Casa da Santa Cabeça de Chaves, whose coat of arms is kept in the Flaviense Regional Museum.

Another notable figure of this village was Manuel de Morais Madureira. Manuel de Morais Madureira, brother of Rita Lobo Liz e Prado, was a cavalry officer and adjutant to D. Miguel de Bragança. According to the Évora Monte Convention , through which D. Miguel was exiled, he accompanied the king and also died in exile.
