The União das Freguesias das Eiras, São Julião de Montenegro e Cela is a Portuguese municipality ( freguesia ) in the district ( concelho ) Chaves in northern Portugal .

history

The municipality was created in the course of the regional reform of September 29, 2013 by merging the former municipalities of Eiras , São Julião de Montenegro and Cela .

São Lourenço became the seat of the new administration.
