The União das Freguesias de Soutelo e Seara Velha is a Portuguese municipality ( freguesia ) in the district ( concelho ) Chaves in northern Portugal .

history

The municipality was created in the course of the regional reform of September 29, 2013 by merging the former municipalities of Soutelo and Seara Velha . Soutelo became the seat of the new administration.
