The União das Freguesias de Loivos e Póvoa de Agrações is a Portuguese municipality ( freguesia ) in the district ( concelho ) Chaves in northern Portugal .

history

The municipality was created in the course of the regional reform of September 29, 2013 by merging the former municipalities Loivos and Póvoa de Agrações .

Loivos became the seat of the new administration.
