Eirik Labonne

Eirik Labonne (born October 4, 1888 in Paris , † 1971 ) was a French ambassador .

Life

October 1937 to October 1938 Ambassador to Spain . When Édouard Daladier visited Sidi Ahmed II, Bey of Tunis (April 13, 1862 - June 19, 1942) in early 1939 , Labonne was Resident General in the French protectorate of Tunisia . The Istiqlal was founded on January 11, 1944 , and in February 1946 General Alphonse Juin was appointed General Resident in French Morocco , replacing the Eirik Labonne, who was considered liberal.
