Evangelical Church Lohfeld
The Evangelical Church in Lohfeld , a district of Porta Westfalica, is a branch church of the Evangelical Lutheran parish Hausberge, which belongs to the Vlotho parish of the Evangelical Church of Westphalia .
history
Until the 20th century, the village of Lohfeld was divided between two parishes. The western part belonged to local mountains , the eastern part to icebergs . Since 1965 the whole of Lohfeld has been a parish of the Hausberge community.
Services initially took place in the parish hall named after Georg Niege . The church was built from 1983 to 1984.
In the church tower are three bells since 1985, according to the virtues of Christian faith , hope and love were named. The organ comes from Steinmann .
