The 1999/2000 season was the 80th season of the Eredivisie , the highest Belgian ice hockey division . The Phantoms Deurne became champions for the first time in the club's history . The White Caps Turnhout were relegated to the second division.

In the main round, the seven teams played twelve games each. The four best-placed teams qualified for the playoffs in which the champions were played out. The last placed rose to the second division. Each team received three points for a win, one point for a draw and zero points for a defeat.
