The 2002/03 season was the 83rd season of the Eredivisie , the highest Belgian ice hockey division . Champions were the Phantoms Deurne for the third time in the club's history .

In the main round, the five teams played 16 games each. The four best-placed teams qualified for the playoffs in which the champions were played out. Each team received three points for a win after regular time, two points for a win after overtime, one point for a loss after overtime and zero points for a defeat after regular time.
