The Elbsee is a small Bavarian moor lake in the municipality of Aitrang . It has a small tributary from the southwest, the Elbbach, which leaves it to the north and flows over the Kirnach into the Wertach . The lake is mainly visited by day trippers and used for swimming. On the north bank of the Elbsee there is a restaurant with holiday apartments, a seaside resort, boat rental and a campsite. The Seealpe is located southwest of the Elbsee.

The area east of the lake is under landscape protection .
