Eleonore Dehnerdt

Eleonore Dehnerdt (* 1956 in Urbach ) is a German writer.

Life

Growing up in southern Germany, she studied social pedagogy in Hildesheim and worked, among other things, in family and youth welfare. In 1999 she published her first novel. She writes poetry, song texts, accompanying texts for illustrated books, but above all historical biographies of novels. Since 1999 novels have been published about Katharina von Bora (Martin Luther's wife), Katharina von Siena , Anna Magdalena Bach , Duchess Elisabeth von Calenberg / Göttingen , Kunigunde von Luxemburg and Hildegard von Bingen . She has been a full-time writer since 2010.

Eleonore Dehnerdt is a member of the Association of German Writers , the BücherFrauen eV - Women in Publishing and the artists' association DAS RAD.
