Eleonore Grabmair

Eleonore ("Lo") Grabmair (born June 30, 1960 in Geisenfeld ) is a former German politician ( CSU / non-party). She was a member of the Bavarian State Parliament from 1987 to 1990, from 1991 to 1998 and from 2002 to 2003.

School and job

After the business school and technical college in Ingolstadt , Grabmaier became an employee.

politics

From 1976 to 1998 she was a member of the CSU. She was a member of the Bavarian State Parliament from 1987 to 1990 as the youngest member of parliament and successor to Peter Schmidhuber and is characterized by intensive work. From 1990 to 1998 she was district councilor in Pfaffenhofen an der Ilm . In the state elections in 1990, she had to forego her safe place on the list in favor of Monika Hohlmeier , but the year after she moved up to replace Gerold Tandler in parliament. In 1994 she was re-elected. In 1998 she missed her entry into parliament, but in the meantime she moved up again for a year in 2002. Grabmair left the CSU in April 2002.

Animal welfare

In 1992 she became president of the then traditionally divided "Münchner Tierschutzverein", which she left after internal conflicts to become chairwoman of the newly founded "Tierschutzunion in Bayern" in 1998.

Private

Grabmair is married to the former BR television boss Gerhard Fuchs and lives in Munich-Giesing.
