Elf dance

The Dance of the Elves is in the Nordic-Germanic mythology of the dance of the spirits of the air elves . The dance is also called Albleich , as elves were called Alfen in Old Norse and Älf in Anglo-Saxon . According to tradition, these beings preferred to come together in the moonlight on warm summer nights to perform this "gorgeous" dance.
