Elijahu Mojal
Elijahu Mojal ( Hebrew אליהו מויאל; * August 2, 1920 in Salé ; † September 6, 1991 ) was an Israeli politician.
Life
Elijahu Mojal became general secretary of the city council of Salé in 1941 and secretary of the "All Israel are Friends association" in 1942. In 1945 he immigrated to Palestine and became a member of the Hagana . he also became a member of the Mapai in 1946 and was arrested by the British. In 1947 he traveled to the internment camps in Cyprus , commissioned by the Jewish Agency . From 1973 to 1981 he was a member of the HaMa'arach in the Knesset . From March 24, 1975 to June 20, 1977 he was Deputy Minister of Communications .
