Elin Maria Katarina Johansson (born August 5, 1990 ) is a Swedish Taekwondoin . It starts in the weight class up to 67 kilograms.
Johansson denied her first international title fights, still starting in the weight class up to 59 kilograms, at the 2007 World Championships in Beijing , but she was eliminated in the opening fight. The following year she lost at the European Championships in Rome only in the semi-finals against Martina Zubčić and won her first international medal with bronze. At the European Championships in Manchester in 2012 Johansson was able to repeat winning the bronze medal.
Johansson won the decisive battle for third place against Seham Sawalhy at the international Olympic qualification tournament in Baku in 2011 and secured a starting place for the 2012 Olympic Games in London .
