Elizaphan Ntakirutimana (* 1924 in Kibuye , Rwanda , † January 22, 2007 in Arusha , Tanzania ) was a Seventh-day Adventist pastor in Rwanda.

In February 2003, Ntakirutimana and his son Gérard were found guilty of genocide in Rwanda by the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda . The tribunal considered it proven that Ntakirutimana had transported armed troops to the Mugonero complex, a location near Lake Kiwu , where they killed hundreds of Tutsi refugees. Ntakirutimana was sentenced to ten years in prison. On December 6, 2006, he was released after ten years in prison.

A letter that seven Seventh-day Adventist pastors wrote to Ntakirutimana provided the title of the 1998 book We Want to Tell You We Will Be Murdered with Our Families Tomorrow by the author Philip Gourevitch . In the book, Ntakirutimana is accused of complicity in the death of the refugees.

Elizaphan Ntakirutimana died on January 22, 2007 at the age of 82.
