The Ellenborough River is a river in the northeast of the Australian state of New South Wales .

Its source is in the Bulga State Forest north of Tapin Tops National Park . From there it flows east to Ellenborough Falls and then northeast through unpopulated area east of Biriwal Bulga National Park . At Ellenborough it flows into the Hastings River .
