Ellie Bamber (born February 2, 1997 in Surrey ) is a British actress.

Life

Bamber had her first film role alongside Maisie Williams in the drama The Falling in 2014.

2016 she took over the role of Lydia Bennet in the movie Pride and Prejudice and Zombies in the remake of the movie Pride and Prejudice in 2005. She also played the role of India in Tom Ford's film Nocturnal Animals alongside Amy Adams .

In 2017 she starred in Shawn Mendes ' music video There's Nothing Holdin' Me Back and won the 2018 Ian Charlson Award for her performance in the play The Lady from the Sea .

In 2018, Bamber took on a role in the Disney film The Nutcracker and the Four Realms, alongside Keira Knightley and Helen Mirren . She was also seen alongside Lily Collins on the BBC series Lés Misérables .

Bamber was also seen as a model in some Chanel shows.

She has been in a relationship with actor Richard Madden since 2017 .
