Eckernförder Harde

The Eckernförder Harde ( Danish : Egernførde Herred , Ekernførde Herred ) was a Harde in the Duchy of Schleswig .

history

The Eckernförder Harde was formed in 1853. It comprised the two manor districts Schwansen and Dänischer Wohld with 62 estates and emerged as a jurisdiction after the lordly jurisdiction of the noble estates in the Duchy of Schleswig had been abolished.

The following parish districts belonged to the Harde area :

Hardesvögte were Count Ludwig Frederik Henrik Brockenhuus-Schack (who was also Eckernförde mayor from 1856–1859 ) from 1853 to 1859 and Georg Gustav Christian von Zülow from 1860–1867.

In 1867 the Eckernförde Harde was dissolved and the Eckernförde district was formed.
