Elliott Quow
Elliott Quow (born March 3, 1962 ) is a retired American sprinter .
In 1983 he won silver over 200 m at the Universiade in Edmonton behind Innocent Egbunike . He won the Pan American Games in Caracas over the same distance and in the 4 x 100 meter relay , and at the World Athletics Championships in Helsinki he took the silver medal in 20.41 seconds behind his compatriot Calvin Smith (20.14 s) and before the Italian Pietro Mennea (20.51 s).
In 1983 he was starting NCAA championship over 200 m for Rutgers University .
