Elsbeth Vahlefeld
Elsbeth Vahlefeld (* 1937 in Muttrin ) is a German administrative officer and non-fiction author.
Life
Elsbeth Vahlefeld grew up in Schleswig-Holstein . She started working in local government and from 1973 was a lecturer at a study institute for local government in North Rhine-Westphalia . From 1989 to 1998 she headed this institute.
Elsbeth Vahlefeld is a member of the Theodor Fontane Society and the Association for the Promotion of German-Polish Cooperation
