Elvio Porta (Author)

Elvio Porta (born May 22, 1945 in Vico Equense ; † December 26, 2016 ) was an Italian author , screenwriter and film director .

Life

Porta had worked as a playwright since the early 1970s and wrote plays such as Masaniello , Jesus , O'Journo 'e San Michele , L'opera' e muorte 'e fame and La perla , which were contemporary in terms of their linguistic style and historical-social context . From 1977 he was also responsible for film scripts; For directors like Nanni Loy or Lina Wertmüller , he wrapped similar topics in scripts that were awarded three times with a silver ribbon .
